Sophos Central Firewall Manager unable to edit policy

Hello Community,

For the last 2-3 weeks or so we have not been able to use Sophos Central Firewall Manager to manage firewall policies within groups. We only see the "spinning circle", the policies are no longer loaded. We can reproduce this behavior with different users and web browsers.


I have already opened a support ticket with Sophos, but unfortunately there has been no response so far. An agreed callback from support has not taken place.
We urgently need a solution to the problem, as we cannot currently change firewall policies or roll out new firewalls with a base policy.


Is someone else having the same problem with Sophos Central Firewall Manager?
