Whitelist mail to "Probable spam"

Hi!

I have Xg 330 with EMAIL (MTA MODE) enable, it is fine, i have policy with address in whitelist, but, one addres form my cutomer it in whitelist but ocurred listed in "Probable spam", with my policy set in case send for email to quarantine.

Is there a way for this email not to be marked as "" Probable spam "and to respect Whitelist? (I would't like to change my policy action because of an email).

Hi!

My policy is path : Email -> Policies e exeptions -> WHITELIST_XXXX -> Add domain(*@XXXXXX.com.br) in "OR these sender addresses" -> Save

Skip these checks:

RBL
Antispam
Greylisting
Recipient verification
IP reputation
RDNS/HELO

Thank you for the follow-up!

Your configuration seems correct, I guess you added @xxxx.com instead of only @xxxx if not please add it this way.

I am add rigth, i think -> *@domain.com.br.

I think not allowed, becase whitelist to spam, and my case email is "probable spam".

I tryed find were logs show me why e-mail is "probable spam" dont find.

Hello Carlos,

Thank you for the follow-up.

This should be in the smtpd_main.log

However as you mentioned, yes Probable SPAM can't be bypassed, you would need to change the "Probable SPAM action" to WARN if you want this email not to end in the quarantine or drop.

If you will keep receiving emails from this sender, I would recommend you to submit a sample to Labs, so they can change the classification not to be Probable SPAM.

Please check this KB on how to submit the sample.
