Red15W connecting to XG but AP Status is inactive

We have connected a RED15W to our Sophos XG v18. It works, seems all ok except Wireless. AP is in status inactive BUT it's working... Maybe a bug?

Anyone same experience?

    Hi Christoph Reisbach-Sawinski,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    Did you notice the status inactive right after a reboot? If yes, the status will change/update within a few minutes. If the status remains inactive, check if rebooting the RED helps clear the status.
