Online traffic on individual interfaces

Hello,
can I view somewhere online traffic on individual interfaces with resolution on Eth, VLAN, LAG etc.?

I'm looking for about 400Mbps traffic out of 500Mbps from "Active firewall rules graph" which is not seen in "Live Connections".

Do you have V18? You could get an insight of this in CFR (Central Firewall Reporting) which has 7 Days data for free.

Yes, I have SFOS 18.0.1 MR-1-Build396, but I don't use CFR but only Sophos Central. Please, where I find the CFR?

EDIT: I already found it.
