I cannot access my web application server with live IP address from outside network

Hello Everyone,

I cannot access my Local web application server with live IP address from any remote location or outside the network. I am requesting to all of you please find attached below pictures which will explain my current configurations regarding firewall rule and NAT access rule. 

It is working before Sophos XG Firewall version update from 17.0 to 18.5.0, but now i can access my web server from different remote locations but not not all the time.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    Did you configure the DNAT rule for the required service? It seems you do have a firewall rule to allow inbound traffic as well as a reflexive rule to allow outbound traffic from the server, but there is no screenshot for the DNAT rule. 

    I would advise you to check out the following video for more info: Sophos XG Firewall (v18): NAT Enhancements.
