Can't save change to TCP Port in FW or DNAT Rule

I attempt to change anything about those settings, the save button is never enabled. Even just the name. I'm trying to change to specific ports.

the answer is very simple, you are trying to change a reserved name, try changing you service to TCP-1 and then save it.

When I try to change the ports, I'm unable to change those either. The save button is never enabled no matter what I try, even if I leave the name the same.

you cannot change tcp, it is locked service. You will need to create a new service name for your ports please do a search of the services page for tcp service name.
