Remote Users Connected Time not shown in table

Unfortunately found an other one or two issues on the Webadmin in Remote Users Tab.

noticed after Upgrade to 18.0.1 MR-1-Build396

The row for Connected Time is empty for all users and one user has only a "-" shown in mode. The user is connected via Sophos SSL VPN Client.

 

Can I restart the webadmin Service without firewall service interruption for first-aid troubleshooting? If yes - how?
