XG logs Web Surfing Report, but no packet catured?

Good day everyone!

I'm monitoring a host IP.

I'm logging "Web Surfing Report" but there's no "Packet Capture" record.

Does anyone have any idea on this?

Did you have log traffic configured with the firewall rules? What is the current firmware version on your firewall? Have you tried to turn off and on the packet capture?

Yes, "log traffic" is enabled in the firewall rule. I'm running SFOS 17.5.13 MR-13. I also tried turning on and off the packet capture switch, still no results.
