How to do traffic shaping on sophos XG 450 firewall by user wise

Hi, 
 In our office we are using Sophos XG 450 Firewall Firmware version 18.0.1. we have also AD. This AD is sync with Firewall. Now we want to do internet traffic shaping by AD user wise. 
 That means we want to allocated internet Bandwidth on user wise. We have did Traffic shaping policy on firewall and also assign this policy on user template but it does not work. Would you please help me on this regards.

Hi H_Patel, 
 I am already did this way, But the policy does not works. I have created a 2 MB BW shaping policy and Apply one user but this policy does not work. This user get 40/42 Mbps BW. 
 How i solve it?
