RED remains disconnected/non-functional after XG update and reboot

The RED device remains disconnected or has a connection error which leads to communication from the RED-LAN no longer being possible after an update and reboot of the XG firewall.

In order to reconnect the RED device (make it functional again), the configuration of the RED device must be saved once on the XG (without changes).

This probably causes a reboot on the RED + reconnect.

Is this phenomenon known?

    Having issue after upgrade from SFOS 17.5.13 MR-13 to SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3 on an old but reliable Red 10 running 3.0.002.  Red device shows offline since upgrade, and I tried resaving the config but so far no luck.

    Hey man, kindly enlighten me, We have some RED old RED 10's deployed on our XG Ver 17.5.14 MR14, the current firmware is 2.0.015, on your XG  before V18 upgrade, kindly confirm if your RED10's are running the 3.0.0.2 firmwares and it is working fine?...we need to verify this because  we need to install the 3.0.002 firmware to support he new SD-RED's..thanks
