Unable to connect by capitative portal

Hai All,,

Have good greetings
This is Karthickeyan from Muscat Oman,

In sophos XG firewall i unable to connect the wifi by capitative portal mode but some of the mobiles
sms gateway is working fine

Unable to connect means showing login page after that need to register to get the OTP from SMS gateway in this place registration page is not loading in some mobile devices

Please assist me resolve this issue

Can you share the screenshot of a device and can you assume a pattern, which can cause this? (For example all ios devices cannot reach the captive portal)

Thank You Very much for your response Mr.Lucar

IOS device is connecting with no issues
Android device some old model samsung is not connecting and redmi mobile also not connected, huawei mobile also not connecting
