Up2date Pattern

HI, in my XG 17.5mr13  i not be able to update pattern  , also with manual update . So in /content i don'look for any file. The  avira pattern is the only pattern update correctly. REd also not coming up due to lackinig of firmware files .

Anyone has any idea to force pattern download ?
