Unable to open certain websites

When i try to open certain websites i get the following errors

The same websites if open them from my mobile hotpsot they work. 

XG firewall is blocking these websites for some reason.

I have disabled all web filter and IPS and application filters. There is no http/s scanning.

Other people can open these websites.

This is happening at 2 different sites with XG firewalls

What could be the problem?

    What are the websites you are trying to visit?

    Please use the Policy Tester (Monitor & Analyze >> Diagnostics >> Tools >> Policy Tester) to confirm the traffic from this PC is using the correct Firewall Rule. 

    In the screenshot, you provided there is an output that says "About this request" what does it say there?
