Can't login

Hi,

We can't login to our XG125 firewall. It just says "Login failed". We haven't loged in for maybe half a year but that should affect the login credentials or?

What can we do? Any ideas?

    If you are trying to access the Web Admin, please try to access it with default port "4444" like "https://<IP address of your firewall>:<4444>". The screenshot you provided is for User Portal access.
