So basically we opened a case few days ago and somebody from support is pulling my nerves one by one.
Basically Sophos Support is unhelpful in Critical Cases. Don't know what to do next – only thing to do is to write on this forum and hope for somebody smarter than support agent.
This is what we went thru
First sophos support ask as to download DMI image than to reinstall sophos than they have a nerve to send an email ( just an update )...
They did nothing about it just bunch of replying mail what if that and that or that .... basically nothing.
Problem is with with XG330 after re-imaging it lost it serial number. Admin panel doesent work ( either saying that admin doesn't have permissions or internal server error ).
New serial number: Default String
Thus is unusable like that.
And the moment it's only purpose is to draw electricity.
