Error 403

We deployed Sophos XG 230 to a client, everything works perfectly, the problem we have is that they cannot access the website from the internal network, with the external network if they enter the website perfectly. Throw the following error

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

    Did you configure the DNAT rule for this internal website access or WAF rules? 

    What is the firmware version on your firewall? Could you please share the configuration detail of the DNAT or WAF rules?

    Hi thanks for answering my question, the current version of the XG210 firmware (SFOS 18.0.0 GA-Build379.HF052220.1)

    I would also like to clarify that the web hosting is external.

    The WAF rule is currently this way
