Need help: mails are stuck in XG, connection timed out

Hi,

i have mails stuck in Mail Spool on XG 17.5.14

Since Saturday >60 mails are stuck and will not be deliverted to external recipients.

Alle mails show me :  R=default_mx_router T=remote_smtp defer(110): connection timed out

I already have a critical case openend, but they had not responded yet.

What can i do ?

XG works in MTA mode in the past without a problem.

New mails that are delivered from Exchange 2016 to XG are processed and are delivered.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    I would advise you to put the smtpd service in debug, collect smtpd_main.log while you are trying to retry the emails manually.

    Hi  

    Thank you for providing logs and other information via PM.

    Your issue was caused by new IPsec firewall rules that you have resolved by working with a support engineer. You had to update firewall rule settings(Zones and Routing) and delete the retry lock files to force retry stuck emails.
