Sophos UTM 220 wont startup unless cmos battery resit

Hi,

 

I have a second hand UTM 220 that bought for home use.

It has a weird issue. If I put the power cable and try to start it up it wont, nothing lights up neither its fans will spin.

If I remove the cmos battery for a few seconds (clear cmos??) put it back in and plug the power cable it will start up and boot normally.

I tried in vein to troubleshoot this issue. Any ideas?

 

P.s battery has been replaced.
