Hi am testing some VPN scenarios and i would like to know if this is by design or a bug?
The XG 17.5.14 online help is not given information.
Assume a remote office has GCNatv4 (no public IP; i am going to test this later...) or remote office has a normal IP.
If i setup a site2site VPN with the Gateway type Respond only i can setup the Remote gateway.
Here i can enter the gateway address and the remote ID type with either a IP Adress, DNS, etc.
If i dont have any IP or if i am behind a GCNATv4 location, i enter as a Remote gateway 0.0.0.0 and as Remote ID address 0.0.0.0.
My local Fritzbox has an IP and ID in the cfg file (this is not 0.0.0.0).
The connection can be established from the Fritzbox (not from XG, this is by design of gateway type).
But the online documentation doesn´t say anything about this data.
Is this by desing, maybe someone can tell me.
