Cannot disable YouTube restricted mode on XG85 SFOS 17.5.13 MR-13

I have disabled "Enforce YouTube Restrictions" on the active Default Web Policy but we still cannot see restricted videos on our LAN. This policy is the only active one in use.

 

I read somewhere on another thread that a user said they had to restart their XG from scratch because they had a deprecated setting of this turned on that now cannot be turned off. That seems extreme, so there must be an easier way, yes?

    Hi  

    In past I have observed this error with plain rule with no policy and no scanning behind XG due to DNS server set on system as well. Will you please change the DNS on end system and flush DNS and confirm the status ? Also try with different DNS server IP and confirm the status.
