I have repeatedly reached to SOPHOS and no one responds. Our site is new and not malware. I have filled out form after form for over a week. ZERO RESPONSE>
Our site, AMPLD.com is brand new. We bought the domain through our host, Bluehost. We edit on Wordpress. We even purchased our own unique IP, sitelock and all the bells and whistles for security. The site is scanned DAILY for malware. NONE. I get this was most likely from who ever owned it before us, but come one SOPHOS! Gert your act together and give us a phone number to work with. Disgusting practices. It is so bad I cancelled all my SOPHOS firewall software at home and at our office.
Customer service would have been nice. Hopefully someone reads this and SOLVES OUR PROBLEM!!!!!!!

(and yes the same goes for the hack garbage firm Kaspersky. We ar all over them too.)
