Active Connect Client VPN Users get disconnected due to idle timeout setting

Hi,

We have configured an idle timeout of 900 sec for IPsec Connect Ccients VPN users.

Regardless of their active work through the tunnel, they get disconnected after approximately 900 seconds.

 

On the users side, the connection is still displayed as established. But on the firewall it looks like this:

 

Idle timeout:

 

When idle disconnect is disabled, user VPN sessions stay alive even after those 15 minutes.

 

In SSL VPN we have an idle timeout of 60 minutes and users never get  logged out if they are working through the tunnel.

    Did you configure OTP with Sophos Connect Client? 

    We would require strongswan and access_server logs in debug to investigate your issue. 

    Could you please replicate the issue and share access_server.log and strongswan.log in debug via PM?
