Backup cannot be restored on current firmware V17 to V18 XG115W

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade from V17 to V18 but whatever I do, I cannot restore my V17 backup file.

I am running an XG115W. Previously I have migrated from Cyberoam to Sophos XG, from cyberoam 85 hardware to Sophos XG105, from XG105 to XG115W. All whitout any issues.

Now I trying to upgrade from V17 current version to V18.01 mr1 with upgrade file, no luck.

Did the upgrade by using clean hardware install (ISO and USB Stick) Still the backup file cannot be installed.

Is this a device issue because I use a Wireless model?

Any ideas?

    Hi,

    i have SFOS 17.5.14 MR-14-1

    i am also facing the pppoe connection drop. and after checking for new firmware upgrade it shows you have latest firmware.

    but in sophos id account it shows the firmware there is 3 firmware upgrade shows

    1) HW-17.5.14_MR-14-1.SF300-714.gpg

    2) HW-18.0.2_MR-2.SF300-403.sig

    3) HW-18.0.3_MR-3.SF300-457.sig

    but how to update this firmware after downloading from there?

    also is there safe to upgrade HW-18.0.3_MR-3.SF300-457.sig ?
