admin portal not working

Question

I've update an XG135 to 17.5.13 and after the reboot the Admin portal does not work . 
 I get the login page , on the LAN interface , but it does not accept any admin user I try . 
 ssh access is working so I'm sure I'm using correct credentials 
 Anyone had the same issue ?
