Deleting object form sandstorm cache

Hi to all,

 

anyone knows if it's possible to erase a cached object from the sandstorm protection??? I have a customer who is trying to download an application file from a trust page but the XG firewall is blocking the download because this object is cached via sandstorm protection, but is a legitimate application.

I'm looking for this in the knowledge base and in the forums but I'm not finding any about this. Any help would be apreciated!!

    Do you have V18? There should be an option to release this Link. 
    You could also submit a sample to evaluate this file again.

    The Cache of Sandstorm could be cleared, but the file will be resubmitted to sandstorm, hence it would be again blocked.
