How to monitor User base usages live traffic on sophos XG 450 Firewall

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

You could see the bandwidth used under Monitor & Analyze >> Current Activities >> Live Connections >> Live connections for = User Name. 

Also if you check the Live Users tab, you could see the Data Transfer rate and Internet usage time.

There are some feature requests to improve this visualization in real-time, but no ETA.

Thank u for your info. I have another question. is this report show real time usages. I mean if i open the tab then will i see how may BW users are use continuously?

You could see the Upload/Download and Data Transfer Rate. (bits/secs)
