Admin Console

Hello, I have a little problem.  I plug in my XG 210 everything works.  I enter 172.16.16.16 but no access with the default codes which is admin / admin.  I plug in HDMI to connect directly to the Firmware and then run the appliance_access enable command.  Then change the password but still the same problem.  I couldn't get into the interface.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Do you receive an error when accessing the GUI? or after you enter the password it only shows a white screen?

    If it shows a white screen please try the following:

    Console/SSH
    -->
    2. System Configuration
    -->
    4. Reset Default Web Admin Certificate
    -->
    This will reset the web admin console certificate to default device certificate. Are you sure you want to continue?(Y/N):
    Y

    Additionally to this, you can try from the backend in the advanced shell (5>3) run the following commands:

    Service tomcat:restart -ds nosync
    Service apache:restart -ds nosync
