SSO into User Portal from Quarantine mail / with a link?

Is there any way to redirect the users from the quarantine mail into the user portal?

 

In the past XG 17.5.X Releases the user was able to release mails with the Action link.
Now the user just gets an simple web page telling him to visit the user portal.

Many users don´t know how to open their portal.
Can this simple web page be redirected to the user portal?


Second question is the SSO to the user portal.
Is there any way to configure a SSO to the UP?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    There is behavior change when releasing quarantine emails from quarantine spam digest email since late May 2020. 

    Earlier, users could release the quarantine email directly by clicking on the release link in the spam digest email, but now with the new behavior change, users can only release quarantined emails from the User Portal.

    For your second question, do you mean authenticate using a captive portal or NTLM SSO?

    i know this behavior.

    But i think, if Sophos removes this way of releasing mails ..

    It would be much easier if there is a link to the user portal and a single sign on for NTLM clients (Domain Computers).

    I see a lot of mails in the SPAM report and a lot of Release links that just show the information for the user portal.
    But there should be an option to add a link to the user portal.

    Not all users know the portal URL.

    i get a lot of request ..
