Port0 Fail , switch to other Port

Hi, I am installing Sophos v18 on my hardware.

The server has 6 interfaces, but the Port 0 is crash.

I use the command ipconfig -a , and see all interfaces.

I did the Test Network, just Port5 and Port6 are working, linked ok.

How i change the Sophos´s manager port , from Port0 to Port5 by command shell?

I have access only by port console.

Hello Javier,

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

If you are in the console and press 1 (Network Configuration) >> 1 (interface configuration), you should be able to change the IP address of the available ports and change the IP address of any port.

Hi Emmanuel.

On console we can to change just IP Address/Mask/Gateway and DNS.

I need to change the interface Port0 to Port5.

To change the interface is not available at Console Wizard.
