Accces FTP Aadress through the Sophos XG?

Hi Everyone,

 

  I have a problem,  i have to access a portal of the address ,

This address is as a ftp, How can i do this  Could you help me please

 

FTP Adress : ftp://213.14.21.23/

    Hi Umit ALBAYRAK,

    do you really use FTP or FTPs?

    if not : do you see blocked packets with ports >10024 to this IP within logviewer / Firewall?

    if so you have to enable the FTP helper.

    i have to search for the command...
