1/. have you allowed remote access to your XG on the wan interface?

2/. is your DDNS up to date?

3/. are you using 4444 at the end of your URL?

You should remove most of the features you have ticked on the WAN interface.

When you login from your LAN to the XG do you use 4444 or 8888?

Check the logviewer -> system to see if the DDNS has ben updated.

I see the problem, you are using a non routable IP address 10.143, which is an internal network address.

So how can i solve this issue?

The issue is caused by your swan connection. So you would need to check the real external IP address eg what is my up.

It is because im using cellular wan.

I understand that, but it is behind a Nat router, you need to run as I said what is my ip to find you real IP,  it being dynamic that will change so you will have a hard time keeping the wan address up to date. You could ask
your isp for a fixed wwan IP. 
you will not be able to access the XG using a 10.x.x.x address on the external interface.
