Set Outoging Interface for E-Mail-Smarthost

We have several WAN interfaces and we want to use a specific interface to send the emails that arrive at the firewall, which acts as a smart host for Office 365, out through a specific interface. How can we control which interface the firewall uses to send out emails. SNAT did not work or I set it wrong.
