New firewalls - go with v17 or v18 for a fresh install ?

Hi, I can find someone asking a similar question a few months ago, and the answer varied between stay with v17 for now and go with v18... but are wondering if things have changed.

 

Is v18 stable enough now to go with for new installs and are all the bugs worked out?
