Thank you H_Patel, I did read that over, but what I am confused about are the numbers in the boxes? Do I leave the numbers defaulted to what they are?  Or do I need adjustments or?  The numbers are my big confusion.

The numbers depend on the amount of traffic generated in your network. If you specify the numbers very low, it might stop legitimate traffic. The default numbers might needs to be adjusted depending on the traffic.

to add additional information, the settings also depend on what you are trying to protect/block. If you trying ato block VPNs and things like TOR then you will need different settings.
