License not synchronising

Hii, 

Recently I have configured the HA active and passive firewall.

All the HA configuration is working perfectly fine but earlier for my main active firewall had a full guard license with enhanced support license which includes network protection, email security etc.

And now I have purchased same model xg firewall and  I hav purchased enhanced plus support upgrade license. 

And I have registered the device and applied the enhanced plus license in passive firewall. But now the problem is after configuring all HA now in both active and passive firewall network protection, email security etc showing unsubscribed even after giving synchronise also it should shows only evulating a and it expire period of 30 days..

But earlier it was showing Oct 2021. I have purchased license for one year but nnow it's showing it will expire in 1 month nd it shows evulating. How to resolve this and get back all my features nd expire should be Oct 2021

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    It is required to configure the XG firewall that carries the license subscription as the primary node in the HA initial setup.

    In your case, I suspect that you configured the new unit as the primary, and it now shows an evaluation license.

    I have configured old firewall as a primary firewall active and new firewall as passive but still it shows evaluation. 

    Before configuring HA my license status was showing properly like October 2021 it will expire. But after configuring HA first it showed me unsubscribed and then I clicked on synchronised  and then it showed me evaluation and expire date is showing as 03/sep/2020. Just only one month and if I click on activate evulation there it shows expire date as Oct 2021 and if I click on evaluate also.

    Again same it shows evaluation 03/sep/2020 will expire.  I am not getting exactly what to do.

    How to reflect back same license with proper expire date it should show in license page.

    I have checked in my sophos firewall account also. 

    Where in my old firewall license status shows as all features will expire on Oct 2021.

    And where as in new firewall license status shows as all features will expire on 03/sep/2020.
