Ports drop udp 5060

Question

i HAVE A yealink sip phone but it cant register to the sip server port gets drop seem like my firewall rule 4 is the cause please assist, a bit new to sophos

 Is your SIP server in your local network? What are the SIP server and your phone IP address? 
 Could you please provide the screenshots of your firewall rule 4? 
 Is the SIP module loaded on the firewall? 
 Could you please check by running the following command from the console? 
 
 console> system system_modules show

I disable and enable the SIP module after creating the LAN_LAN rule. and restarted the phone it has registered
