Could you please provide the screenshots of your firewall rule 4? 

Is the SIP module loaded on the firewall? 

Could you please check by running the following command from the console? 

• console> system system_modules show

module seem to be up.

added the LAN_LAN

but still fails

where is your SIP server? Your firewall rule implies it is on a different network on your LAN.

Looking at your error messages you need to change the destination to WAN. You do not need a rule to allow traffic on the same network, your switch should be managing that.

No they are on the same LAN. i have bridge the two ports and kept the two connected.

Your second error posting shows the LAN devices trying to access the external NTP servers without a firewall rule to allow access.
