Buenas noches, actualice el firewall a mr 13 y no me permite acceder via https por el navegador, ya restaure el certificado por ssh y sigo sin poder acceder.

Are you using Custom certificate for Web admin? If yes then you are affected with known issue NC-61956.

NC-61956 [UI Framework] WebAdmin Console/User Portal not accessible after 17.5 MR13 upgrade because space in certificate name

Fix for this has been taken in MR-14.

So connect the device over serial console and rollback to previous OS version via SFloader and after getting access back, you may upgrade to MR-14.
