I am using a Verizon Motorola android cell. I am in a fairly remote area. I am constantly finding my bluetooth activated when I use my cell as a hotspot. I also have a vicious neighbor who has become a mortal enemy and I suspect he is behind this hacking or whatever..On manage devices I have two as i cannot chose just on. the first is an ip address and the second one is a MAC address ..Is the mac address the bad guy...???
