How to remove a website/application from Sophos's default categories ?

Hi guys, i've problem with zalo.me app which installed on Computer (It's an chat application published by VNG Co.) 
 My problem is when i blocked games/gambling web categories, i can't send or recive any image on that Zalo App. Chat and send file work fine without any problem. 
 Solution that i have tried: 
 - i created a category keyword that contains "zalo" and put it on top of web policy filter. 
 
 - i allowed File-Server of Zalo Url and put it on top of web policy filter. 
 - i allowed Zalo on application filter 
 
 I guess, sophos defines Zalo's image sending system is games/gambling category in web filter. Any idea to solve this problem ? I want to block all games/gambling, but still can send image via Zalo app.

Hi phong. 
 I have been trying to find what ports ZALO uses but nothing. I cannot connect to the home page it is considered insecure by FF and safari and all I see is a blank white page. 
 But I did find this which you need to add to your exception - www.zaloapp.com 
 Also zalo.com appears to be a European marketing company as distinct from zaloapp.com.
