INBOUND Email scanning for Cloud hosted Email server and outlook client

My self RENJITH working as IT Technician at Saudi Arabia, In my office we are having xg firewall all works very good, I have question regarding email protection, actually we are having email server in cloud means our Email service provider is a third party named Saharanet. We are using IMAP and pop3 configured with outlook email client in all office desktop and our outgoing and incoming server is mail.gulfceter.sa. I need to configure a rule for email protection should scan all inbound email to our company Email (POP3 and IMAP). Because recently we are recieving lot of email with attachment and compressed files. Is this possible to configure with xg firewall because we Dont have any on-permise or internal email server

POP3 and IMAP is kinda limited in his techniques to protect networks. The business case is kinda rare, to be honest. Most clients using different approaches.

If you cannot protect your Mail server in the cloud, you can scan the traffic coming from the cloud email server.

You will have to decrypt the traffic of your clients, hence you have to place your third party cert.
