Question about v18 Upgrade Availability from 17.5.13 MR-13 and HA

So this is really two questions (I've asked both of Sophos Support but no response thus far):

 

  • When will there be a v18 MR-1 update available to migrate 17.5.13 systems?  Thus far it doesn't appear anythings been released that support that version (just up to MR-12)
  • Has anyone had any experience with updating a 17.5.x HA cluster (Active/Passive) to v18 MR-1?  Was it a seamless process or did things break?  I can find very little information on this... I have a cluster that's 800 miles away that I cannot put hands on in the event this process breaks things.

    Hi

    Did you get any response or go ahead with the upgrade?

    We are just about to do this and was thinking along the lines of upgrading the auxiliary to v18 first, Any thoughts?

    Just as a note we have upgraded several units to v18 and the only issues were the NAT rules to which we just created new ones and left them unlinked.
