Sophos XG 230 Problem mit Webconsole und Userportal

Hallo miteinander,

ich habe seit gestern ein riesen Problem mit meiner Sophos, nach dem Neustart geht der Zugriff auf die Webconsole und das Userportal ein paar Minuten,
danach ist Ende es kommen immer Fehlermeldungen "Service unavailable" oder HTTP Error 404.

Im Anhang mal ein Screenshot der Fehlermeldung wenn ich aktuell auf die Webconsole möchte.

 



Ich habe die neuste Firmware auf der Sophos, auch ein Sprung auf eine ältere Version ist
bringt keinen Erfolg.

Habt ihr noch eine Idee, bin am verzweifeln, bis Dato lief alles ohne Probleme.

    When this error getting observed are you able to access device over serial console? If yes will you check the below log or entry during the issue time?

    Reboot and Select proper Boot device
    Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key
    I/O error on SDA
    SQUASHFS error

    If above error appearing then you may refer below KBA on same:

    Note: Above KBA issue has been observed with non HA setup as well. 

    If error not getting match and issue still appearing then also I would suggest to open support case for further investigation.
