License SOPHOS XG

Hi Guys ,

I have sophos XG 105 with license One year , since the covid-19 i d'ont install it .

My question is the license the effictive date is there the date off installation and registration  or the date is whene i receve the license ??

someone have the information please .

    Hi,

    how much ram is your xg105 configured with, less than 4gb I would suggest you talk to you reseller about an upgrade to xg106 otherwise you will not be able to use v18.

    in theory, the licence starts from registration.
