Coreboot compatibility issue?

Hi all. I'm trying to get the XG Firewall image file installed on a new Protectli Vault and I'm having no luck. I've burned the image with every conceivable program and have even resorted to trying it with a DVD. This is what I get:

A) Booting from Hard Drive... (and it freezes there)

or

B) Booting from DVD/CD... (also freezes there)

Am I missing something? Is it an issue with Coreboot? I'm using the HW-17.5.13_MR-13-692 iso file and have downloaded it several times to make sure it wasn't corrupted along the way.

Thanks for any advice you're able to give.

    Hi,

a suggestion, try using a vm installation then install XG.

On which OS? Wouldn't that take away from the money I spent on resources for this? And wouldn't that mean placing that OS before the firewall? God I am so bummed right now.
