Log viewer not updating generated logs

Kindly help,

I have  server with static IP address and the XG firewall server as the dhcp server.

If the server still has its static IP, it will not have access to the internet, but if it gets it IP by dhcp or another static IP is given, it will have access to the internet.

I was unable to check if the issue is from the XG firewall but discovered the logs are not updating, I tried initiating flush manually and via while both processes were successful, it did not still updated.

    Let me give an instance.

     

    Say the dchp pool configured on the XG is

    192.168.1.61 - 192.168.1.150

     

    I reserved from 

    192.168.1.5 - 192.168.1.60 static assignments for servers and some other devices.

     

    While other servers and devices works, that particular IP address 192.168.1.60 configured on the server will not have access to the internet.
