Sophos Xg in Azure v18

I have a problem that is driving me crazy.

I have a Sophos XG v18 in Azure. Ive had issues with VPN too prem network. I am at a point where I can ping to the Azure VM but the Azure VMwill not ping to the on prem servers or firewall.

2 times previously I had a similar issue resolved and with in a week it stopped and was back to partial communication.

I really need to get this working or I am scrapping the sophos xg in azure. Support has been lacking responsiveness in this matter.

Do you have create the route in Azure itself, that your Azure vnet will route the traffic to XG?

i had the same problem, i've done the rules and all the other requirements to comunicate a machina trough a ipsec vpn but it doesn't work well, i had two local networks but only one comunicate with the virtual machines on the azure site
