Firmware upgrades from Sophos portal only - "Check for new Firmware" from Webadmin = no upgrades available

Hi all,

I don't get new firmware-releases form within Webconsole.

If I go to my sophos portal, show my devices, I can download the new releases ...

Is this OK?

    Hello,

    currently, running SFOS 18.0.1 MR-1-Build396 (HomeLicense)

    Before that i used SFOS 18.0.1 MR-1 a long, long time with many big problems.

    There was a fixed Version but i got no notification.

    Now we have a new release and i got no notification ... again. 

    I'm probably spoiled by the SG and XG doesn't collect any points here ... again.

    An additional question: The firmware download within portal implifies a device specific update ... can this be used for all other XG's too?

    Some firmware releases are in staging, hence not all firewalls will see them.

    If you do not see any errors in your u2d.log on the appliance, it is working.
