allow specific websites without authentication

Hi All

i have sophos xg 210 V17.5 firewall and i configure captive portal inorder users to authenticate and i want some websites to work without authentication and i follow this KB guide

https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123113 however it's not working what could be the problem

Is the Firewall rule above the rule for authenticated users?

What error do the users without authentication are getting?

yes it's above the firewall rule i try www.sophos.com to be accessed without authentication however when the users try to browse it doesn't open at all

Do you get any error or the website only times out?

I will try to replicate this on my lab.
