Have a brand new XG230 unit on v18. Turning EVERYTHING off (TLS/SSL, Web, ATP, etc), we're having intermittent issues were web traffic stops processing. So for example: General Any/Any outbound rule in place All security features disabled Set perm outbound ping to 8.8.8.8 Work web app (website) Randomly will lose connection/site fails to load Ping never fails No inbound VPN/RDP connections fail I spent about 8-12 hours with Sophos support and have gotten nowhere really other then them now recommending me go to v17.5. Has anyone experienced anything like this or have any recommendation?
